New Client Meeting-Using Zillow (Copy)

This is the program called Lexicata. This is the software that the firm uses if we get a lead that is interested in setting up an appointment. This program works better as far as getting the information from clients then ultimately transitioning into the actual practice management software, which is Clio.

This is the basic dashboard, but once the client has set up an initial consultation I set it up with them. 

This form is called the Divorce Intake. 

This is what is returned back to the firm after the client has filled out and sent the form. 

Oftentimes, the client comes in they don't know when they bought the place, how much the place is worth, etc. What this does is give us somewhat a good starting point.
