Add task to Salesforce

Review photo guidelines from requestee (if provided)

Pull images from 'Marketing Assets' network and save to desktop folder

Verify file properties in Adobe Photoshop

Upload to Box.com

Email 'Share Link' to requestee

Mark Salesforce task complete

Add task to Salesforce

Login to Salesforce.com

Go to 'Accounts' and find distributor
3

Under 'Open Activities' add 'New Task' for photo request

Add 'New Task'

Complete the fields pictured above.

Review photo guidelines from requestee (if provided)

If no photo guidelines are provided, confirm file requirements with requestee...usually high-res JPEGs at 300 dpi.

Pull images from 'Marketing Assets' network and save to desktop folder

Verify file properties in Adobe Photoshop

Verify clipping paths are available with Adobe Photoshop

Image > Mode > RGB for JPEGs -or- CMYK for TIFs

Image > Size > 4x5" (or larger) at 300 dpi

Clipping path ready to load for knocking out background.

RGB color mode for JPEGs or PNGs. CMYK color mode for TIFs.

High-res files should be 4x5" or larger, at 300 dpi (resolution) for use in printed materials.

Log into Box.com (see 'Online Accounts' Smartsheet

All Files > Photo Requests

Create private folder for "XYZ" distributor

Edit folder 'Properties' and create custom URL

Upload files from desktop folder

Copy "Share Link"

Settings (icon) > Sharing > Share Link

Customize 'Share Link' URL, click cogwheel icon for settings window.

Input distributor/company used for folder name (all lowercase without spaces and no special characters).

Mark Salesforce task complete

Snap screenshot of files uploaded to Box.com, for proof-of-completion of Salesforce task.

Mark 'Status' completed and attach screenshot of files uploaded Box.com
