Do a coffee enema 1x a week if you are healthy. If you are chronically constipated or have other health issues do 2-3 a week.
Coffee enemas are beneficial because they stimulate the bile duct which gets plugged when the liver gets over burdened and backed up.
Bile helps with digestion of food, particularly fats.
Having a blocked bile duct can cause the liver to get backed up which is problematic because its responsible for SO much of the detoxification process.
You want to make sure your enema is made of stainless steel so it's non-toxic and you want to make sure your coffee is organic and tested for mold, toxins, heavy metals etc!
Coffee can be extremely toxic so DO NOT use regular old dunkin donuts coffee that you have lying around the house. That stuff is loaded with glycophosphate and other toxins and you do not want to absorb that straight into your liver. Below are brands I've used myself and are both independently tested for toxins.

Instructions:
Tips: It is best to do this with clear bowels, so first thing in the morning after using the restroom. Alternatively you can do a saline enema first and then do the coffee enema. It will be hard to hold the coffee enema in if you don't have a clear bowel.
1. Wash your bucket:
- Run organic dish soap and hot water through the bucket and tubing.
- Rinse with hot water. You can also use vinegar or hydrogen peroxide. Never with chemicals because they leave a residue which you will introduce into your body.
2. Prepare your enema solution:
- In a stainless steel pot fill 4 cups of purified water (I use reverse osmosis (RO) water, click 3.10 hydration for how to get RO water)
- Add 3 Tablespoons of Organic Coffee (tested for mold and other toxins)
- Bring the solution to a boil for 5 minutes, then reduce to a simmer for 15 more minutes.
-Remove from heat and allow to cool to about 101-105 degrees. (You can place it in the freezer to speed up the process)
- You want 3-4 cups of solution. You can add lukewarm water to the solution if too much water evaporated during the process
- Close the clamp on the tubing to prevent the solution from exiting
- Strain the coffee solution into your bucket using a stainless steel strainer. Do not use paper filters because paper bits will go into your coffee.
3. Prepare Your Space
- Get a large towel to lay on on your bathroom floor. You might also want a pillow.
- Put on some calming music or get a book. (Try not to scroll on your phone, you want to allow your nervous system to relax. I take the 20 minutes and listen to a book on audible, listen to Abraham Hicks for some insp, or watch a lesson in a course Im going through - so this could be a great time to watch the video content!)
4. Complete the Coffee Enema
1. Lay down on your RIGHT side (thats important)
2. With the tubing clamped, prepare the nozzle with some lubricant and insert.
3. Unlock the tubing clamp and allow half of the solution to flow in and clamp the tubing and remove the tip. (You don't want backflow 🙅‍♀️)
4. Hold it in for 15 minutes. (It needs this long to travel its way all the way to your bile duct.)
5. When you're at 15 minutes or feel the need to evacuate, get up slowly and go to the toilet.
6. Repeat the coffee enema again with the last 2 cups of solution.
5. Clean Up
- Clean the tip with hot water and organic soap
- Rinse the tubing with hot water and soap
- Run hot water through the tubing and clamp for 5 minutes
