Initial Set Up

Create Account using Link sent to your email.

Log in > Select "share your link" > Copy the link entitled "embed on your website"

Email Link to [email protected]

Select "Calendar Connection" > Link work email address

"Calendar Connection" > Ensure "check calendar for conflicts" is YES

"Calendar Connection" > Ensure correct email is selected

"Calendar Connection" > Ensure "Add new events to calendar" is YES > Save Changes

"Account Settings" > Ensure Name, Welcome Message, and Time Zone Are Correct

OPT: "Account Settings" > Picture > upload Photo

Setting Appointment Preferences

Under your "Dashboard"

Editing Appt Details > Ensure "On" is Selected

Editing Appt Details > Select the wheel or drop down arrow next to "on" to edit details.

Click Box "What Event is this?"

"What Event is this?" > Update Event Name >Save & Close

Click Box "When can people book this event?"

"When can people book this event?" > Update Duration, Availability, and how far in future

Click Box "Question form" Update questions to include the following:

"Which property(s) would you like to view?" > On > Required > Multiline

"MLS Number (if Known)" > On > Required > Multiline

"Client Preferred Phone Number" > On > Required > Multiline > Save and Close

Click Box "More Availability Options"

Update Black out dates, Max # of Showings per day, Min Notice, & Buffer Times
