For verification process on your email account: 1. Select Text message (SMS) for the method on how google would send the codes. 2. Get the verification code from Darryn or from the top management.

Shopify Apps Setup

Access Shopify App menu

Installing "Tracking & Delivery Updates by AfterShip" app

Click "Visit Shopify App Store"

Search the app "Tracking & Delivery Updates by AfterShip" on search form/bar

hit "Enter"

Select Click the app on the list (Screen shot)

Click "Get" Button

Then Install the App

If it requires login account click "LOGIN WITH SHOPIFY"

If the app requires payment please message Jeremy on Slack

Aftership App Setup

After you login using Shopify

Select "Business"

hit "Next"

Fill up and use the following info

Name: Fok Tung Hoe

Monthly Shipments: 101-500

Store Name: Use the full store name

Store Url: Use the Store URL

Then Hit "Next"

Select: UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL Express

hit Next

"storenamesample" is a sample name use the shop name Hit Next

Click "guides"

Set the following

Track shipment

click "shopify app store"

Tracking Page Set up

Upload the Logo and Fav Icon. If you don't have the logo/fav icon Please Message Paul Martin on Slack

If the store has social media accounts

Skip it for now

Click Update

Setting Tracking Button

Access: https://help.aftership.com/hc/en-us/sections/115002420167

Click "How can I add Track Button to WordPress or WooCommerce?"

copy the code (Ctrl + C)

Click Online Store > Pages

Click* Add Page

Title: Order Tracker Click the "<>" button Paste the "Track Button" code from Aftership Hit "Save"

Once the page is save Check the page by clicking "View"

Themes Setup

Access Theme Store

Online Store > Themes

Please Message Paul Martin and ask the theme file

Browse the theme file provided by paul martin then click "Upload"

when upload is finished The theme will appear on the list "Click" Action and "Publish" it

Theme Costumization

Access Themes

then click "Customize"

Adding Logo and Favicon

General Settings >Branding

Upload the logo and the favicon bly clicking the word "Replace"

Changing theme color

Change the themes Colors will decide by yours

You can check the theme in mobile format Click "save" when done

Change the images You can also change the url depends on what pages (code product link, Shoplink) you are promoting

ADDING PRODUCT

ACCESS

All Products then Click > Add Product

Add Product Title

and Product Description

Product Title Product and Title will depends on the person assigned to it. you can put temporary name of the product. Product Description Describe your product description add product specifications

you can copy the product description from other and revise it. Example image above.

Adding Product Images

Prepare your Product Image

NOTE

If you ripped the image from other sellers, make you it is GOOD QUALITY

recommended resolution 700x700 above.

The cleaner the images the better.

at least 5 images

Don't include images with non english. (if you are selling on US AUS)

Click > Upload Image

choose the images then click open (windows OS)

add/put your desired product price

you can also set price comparison (example above) This is optional

Then Click Save

Product SKU SET UP

SKUs (stock keeping units) are numbers, typically alphanumeric, that are used to help identify products and track inventory. If a store uses SKUs, then a unique number is assigned to each individual product variant.

Setting Up SKU

Things to know before setting up SKU;

Product Color

Product Price

Click ADD VARIANT

if more than 1 variant Click ADD ANOTHER OPTION

NOTE: you can only add 3 variant option name

add ","(coma) to add value Ex. Small, Medium, Large, Xlarge, Ex. Black, White

Section is the declared variant

Add Price

SKU format Itemname-Size-Color

leave BARCODE BLANK

Click Save

Product Setup sales Channel / Adding to collection

To make your product available on Specific pages

Click Manage

Check the channels to make you product available then click DONE

Add your product to COLLECTION

TO CREATE COLLECTIONS

Click > Collections

Add Title/Name of the collection Add description

you can select MANUALLY adding products to collection

you can also Automatically select Products. Depends on the condition/rules you will put.

Click Save

Adding Staff Account to Shopify

Go to Settings

Click Account

Add Staff Account

Fill the following form First Name, Last Name and Email

Uncheck > This staff account will have full permission. if you want you staff have limited access to your shop Click> Send invite. To Save

Staff will receive email invitation to your shop. and can access the shop with limited permission.
