STEP 1: Steps to set up WPMktgEngine

This is the setup checklist for setting up Iman's LEAD Mastermind folks - This Step will walk through how to install WPMktgEngine, create email templates, create lead types, etc

Install WPMktgEngine plugin

Email Settings - Go through email setup

Connect up Webinar Integration

Create "Template - Webinar Emails" Folder in Campaigns > Emails tab

Add Pre-Webinar Emails

Add Post-Webinar Emails

Add Lead Types and Folders

Create Fulfillment email for their Attractor opt-in (aka lead magnet)

Install WPMktgEngine plugin

Login to your WordPress site admin

Navigate to Plugins in the WordPress admin sidebar and click 'Add New Plugin'

Search the WordPress repository for "wpmktgengine"

install the base WPMktgEngine plugin and activate it.

Once activated, login to WPMktgEngine.

Email Settings - Go through email setup

If you haven't received their Company Contact Information, contact the customer via email for that information.

Within Campaign > Email > Settings - complete Contact & Company info

Based on contact info, setup their WPME timezone in My Account > Settings

Unsubscribe page - let's create a manage preferences page... add logo or appropriate header image if provided with

Request DKIM - If their email is used by a different domain, be sure to request that domain as well and create an External Site in Settings

Connect up Webinar Integration

Most of them will be Zoom -- in certain cases they might have WebinarJam. We have the usernames and passwords in their Setup Questionnaire.

Login to Zoom account

Navigate to the "Zoom for Developers" tab on the left side-menu

Click "Zoom API"

Under the Quick Start paragraph. you will see a sentence saying "Get your API key pair from here. You can re-generate a new API secret at any time."

Put in the company contact information and click "Enable"

Login to WPMktgEngine

Click on "My Account"

Click on "Settings"

Click on "Integrations"

Paste in the Zoom API Key and Secret Key

Create "Template - Webinar Emails" Folder in Campaigns > Emails tab

login to WPMktgEngine Account, and go to The Engine

Click "Campaigns" tab

Add a new Email Folder, and title it: "Webinar Templates"

Create a sub-folder under the new Template - Webinar Templates, called "Pre Webinar Email Templates"

Create a sub-folder under the new Template - Webinar Templates, called "Post Webinar Email Templates"

Add Pre-Webinar Emails

Each email in the docs will be created as a distinct email within the Pre-Webinar Emails folder. Use the Simple Letterhead email template - make outside all white (also footer). Add space between signature and footer and add 150px of top padding

NOTE: Make sure we use OUR replacement tags. Where is says "WEBINAR LINK HERE" it should say "WEBINAR REGISTRATION PAGE LINK HERE"

Open a different Internet Browser so you can be logged into 2 separate WPME accounts

Login to kimalbee.com/wp-admin (In 1PW)

Login to Kim Albee's WPME (In 1PW)

Copy the HTML of the emails and paste in new account in the other browser. This will save a lot of time from formatting each email.

Add Post-Webinar Emails

Follow the same steps in the previous "Add Pre-Webinar Emails" step.

Add Lead Types and Folders

Add Lead Type Folder: Webinar Registrations

Add Lead Type Folder: Downloads

Create a new Lead Type and call it "Webinar Registrations" and add it into the Webinar Registrations Lead Type Folder

Create a new Lead Type and call it "Download - Facebook Gift" and add it into the Downloads Lead Type Folder

Create Fulfillment email for their Attractor opt-in (aka lead magnet)

create an email folder called "Download Delivery Emails"

Create an email, and name this email as "Facebook Gift Delivery Email"

create folder in Assets for "Downloads"

Upload their Facebook Gift or add an example PDF from your Computer library.

Add link in email - and link to the Attractor that you uploaded - highlight text; click link icon in WYSIWYG editor, click box NEXT to URL entry box to view Assets, select sample attractor PDF.

Assign it 2 points (for lead scoring).

Make sure the email is set as a "fulfillment" email. (settings tab in Email Builder)
