After the news item is posted, do the following in IS:

- Saved Contact Search - Current RAU & RT Member
- Remove Tag from all – 30. Has Read The Latest Member News (in 01.Status)
Removing this tag will cause the exclamation point to show on the user's dashboard so that they can immediately see there is a new news item for them to review.
