Turnaround time windows begin once the full asset package is received. All dates are for end of day. The turnaround windows below are consecutive, not concurrent.
Turnaround times are for average tasks and are estimated to the best of the team’s abilities; we reserve the right to increase the turnaround time window for any unique or new requests. Time sensitive requests, such as timely tax announcements, budgets, etc. will be reviewed on a per-request basis, taking into consideration the promptness such requests necessitate.
