Weekly Tasks

1) Log into https://headwayservices.teamwork.com/#dashboard/activity

1) On a weekly basis, check the "Accessories to be edited/upload" Google Doc, for new accessories that have come through on Salsify. 

2) Log onto Salsify, Set the search to match this screenshot:

3) Enter in the sku's from the google doc, select the product's image, right click to save as the sku. Sometimes the vendor will provide a poor photo that either doesn't properly represent the product to our standards or is too low resolution of an image. In this case, please note on the google doc that you will request new images, and after you've gone through the entire list, reach out to the corresponding vendor for better images.

4) After you've downloaded the list of sku's images, open photoshop and start a new file with the following attributes-
Width: 1911 pixels 
Height 1288 pixels
Resolution: 300

Drag & drop an image at a time and resize to fit. Save in a folder called "Upload".

5) Upload as "Signature" Shot in CMS. List the product sku & name on a word document for the end of day new product report.

Bloomreach may be taking this over. Check New Arrivals page each week to make sure everything looks right. No need to update list anymore.

At the end of each week update the "new arrivals" google sheet with new collections that you uploaded.

• Open "new arrivals" Google Sheet
• Referencing your daily Uploaded to CMS Reports add the new collections to the Google Sheet
• Use the same "sort rank number" if you have multiple items in the same collection. For example, the Alton Queen Bed, Nightstand, and Dresser would all be 99. For the next collection the "Sort Rank Number would be 98. You will continue this until you are done with this weeks uploads. The next week you will start with 99 again.
• Email [email protected] after you add to the list and let him know you added new items to the sheet. 

At the end of each week add the items that you uploaded to the web to the 3D Tool

• Open up the 3D Tool
• Referencing your daily Uploaded to CMS Reports add the new collections to the Google Sheet
• In each row include (Name, Color, URL, SKU, Price)
