Volunteer Program Recruitment, Onboarding, and Management

The first step is presentation of Help for Hamilton Heights to the community for recruitment of volunteers! 

The first step is to touch base with the volunteer candidate. Use the form fields below to record their name and email (or other contact detail), along with the date of the first meeting.

You have identified the candidate whose skills meet the volunteer requirements. 

Contact the selected candidate to indicate the organization's interest in moving forward in the volunteer onboarding process.  

Schedule a time for the candidate to come in and make sure to mark the date and time on the Company's Google Calendar. 

Next, obtain/verify two to three business references with the employee's supplied contact information. Record these references' details with the form fields below.

Contact the references provided to determine if the information regarding volunteer candidate is accurate.

Alternatively, you can send the good news via email, and then sort out a time to have a call with them to run through the points in the sub-checklist above.
