What should happen after creating the operations manual?
Your team(s) can use the operations manual you create as a procedure manual and an overview of different processes. But for this to work best, your business should also have each procedure that's listed in the manual existing independently as a checklist in a folder inside your Process Street account.
Why?
Because you can delegate these procedures as checklists for your employees to work through. By using checklists, you'll ensure that human error is reduced and employees follow processes and procedures correctly. Process Street's workflow automation features — such as stop tasks, conditional logic, dynamic due dates, task assignments, and approvals — make completing recurring tasks efficient and effective.
Here's to showing your employees what they need to do, why, and when — properly.
