This means that when completing a task or filling in a form field, thus generating more tasks for another user (or group) to complete, those tasks will be immediately visible to them in their Inbox, without needing to refresh the page.

If you have a checklist where there are stop tasks in place, then completing a stop task sends the next task straight to the assigned user’s inbox.
