In Process Street, you can document a workflow as a checklist template, and then execute them as checklists:

Let's learn about assigning tasks:
A task is a small piece of work in your checklist. Each task can be assigned to a different person, and have its own due date. 

Your turn to practice:

1. ↑ At the top of this area, assign this task to the Sales group.
2. Set a due date.
3. Complete this task!

Within each task, you can add any number of items, actions, or form fields that will work towards completing it.

For example, if you're selling lemonade, you might want to collect information every time a new order comes in.
