You can now share a checklist with anyone you want using a single clickable link.
The person you share it with will be able to complete the checklist, fill in form fields, upload files, and add comments; they don’t even have to have a Process Street account!
Our new shared links work much like Google Apps’, in that only someone with the link can access the checklist, and unlike public templates they will not be submitted to Google.
This makes them perfect for working with clients or team members who just need quick access to a single checklist here or there.
With a single click, a unique link to your checklist will be generated, which you can send to another party through email, Slack, or any other channel you wish. It really is that easy!
Working with clients or anyone outside of your main organization is now a cinch. If you only need someone to complete a single checklist up to your standards, you no longer have to mess around inviting them as a guest, waiting for them to sign up, and then start working.
All you have to do is send them a link to your checklist, and they will be able to complete it for as long as you keep it available, no Process Street account required.
For example, you could create a checklist which requires a client to work with you (eg, signing a contract), share the link with them to allow them to update it, then make it private again in order to restrict access once more.
