How Can I Configure Our Firewall for Process Street?

When working with secure IT environments, you may need to tell your IT team what domains to whitelist so that Process Street can work properly, especially if you are using a firewall or blocking certain IP addresses.

Here is a list of those domains to add to your firewall allow list:

App Domains

These domains and HTTP methods will need to be whitelisted:

Domain HTTP Methods Purpose GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE Backend access GET Frontend access GET Authentication (Auth0) PUT Upload attachments GET Get attachments

Email Domains

  • (Corporate emails, i.e. Sales, Customer Success & Support, Engineering Support)
  • (App notification emails)
  • (Marketing emails)
  • (Send Email widget emails)
