This feature restricts access to files to logged-in users. Normally files in Process Street are secured using unguessable, cryptographically secure URLs that allow them to be shared more easily.
This applies to files uploaded using the following features:
Access to these files will only be possible when a user is logged in to the Process Street organization that contains the files.
Since the feature restricts access to File widgets and File Upload form fields, those URLs will require the user to be logged in to see them when sent via the Send Email widget.
Note: When you turn on Enhanced File Security for your organization, any file links in existing workflows, forms, or pages will need to be updated with a new link. If your team is currently working in your organization when you turn this feature on, they will need to refresh their workflow runs, forms, or pages to get the updated links to the secured files.
