Common Reasons You May Still See a Charge
- Cancellation occurred after your billing date
If you canceled your subscription after a new billing period started, your account may have already been charged.
- Multiple organizations
If you’re part of more than one Process Street organization, you may still be subscribed and billed under a different one.
- Payment processor error
On rare occasions, third-party billing systems may process a charge even after cancellation.

- The email associated with your account
- The last 4 digits of the card (if applicable)
