Contacting Support

Have any questions? You can speak with the Process Street customer success team anytime by contacting support.

There are few ways to do this:

  • Visit our “Contact Us” page to send us an email or chat to us via Facebook
  • Access support chat inside the app

In-app support

You can chat with our customer success team within the app, by clicking the “Help” button in the bottom right corner of your screen. Click on “Contact Support” to open up the chat window.

From here you can send us a message, attach screenshots or screen recordings to explain what you’d like help with, or to ask us any questions you might have.

You can also access the Process Street Knowledge Base from the help button or from dropdown next to your profile picture.
