As of October 1st, 2019 we will be removing all Yammer functionality from Process Street.
After this time, you will need to log-in using an email and password instead of Yammer. This will not affect your Process Street data in any way. Updates will no longer be posted to Yammer Groups.
At Process Street, we strive to develop integrations that are useful to most of our customers. We have seen a decline in Yammer usage and have decided to sunset this integration in order to focus on providing you with the most value.
Integrate Process Street with Yammer
Process Street integrates with Microsoft’s enterprise social network, Yammer.
If your team already has either a Process Street or Yammer account, you can link the two.
Go to our Process Street for Yammer page and click “Login with Yammer”.
Anyone with a company email address can be added to the group and will be automatically added to a linked Process Street organization at the same time.

Checking linked organizations
You can check which of your Process Street organizations have already been linked to Yammer by clicking on your portrait in the top right of your dashboard and then on “My organizations”.
Any organization linked with Yammer will have a Yammer icon next to it.
Configuring Yammer notifications
By default, all Process Street activity will be sent to the “All Company” Yammer Group. To change this, first either click the cog next to a template’s name in your dashboard or click it to open it. Both options will bring up the template menu in the right-hand side of the screen.
Next, click the “More” button.
Now scroll to the bottom of the menu to see the Yammer option.
To link a Yammer group to the template, type the group’s name into the search bar and select it.
To unlink a Yammer group, click the “X” to the right of the field.
