Can I Copy or Move Workflows Between Organizations?

You can copy workflows between different organizations but you cannot move them.

• Workflow Copying – Use the ‘Duplicate’ feature to create a copy that you can then move to your other organization. Note: You must have access to a folder in the second organization for this to work. Only Admins can copy workflows to the organization root library.
• Workflow Share Link – Use the Share Link set to either of the ‘Anyone can…’ permissions levels, which will allow any user of the other organization to import this workflow into their own organization
