You can share your forms with your internal and external teams via email, by setting form permissions, or by giving them a Form Share Link to respond to the form.
Users: To create, edit, or share Forms, you must be an Administrator or a Builder with “edit” permissions.
Before you share your form internally or externally, you can choose whether your form can be filled anonymously or if a user needs to log in to their Process Street account before filling it out.
Go to your form, click the Settings Cog in the top right corner, and select who can access your form, as shown below.

Once you have edited and published your form, you can share it with your team by selecting specific users with whom you want to share it or by emailing it to people outside your organization.
To do this, go to your form, click the Share button in the top right corner, and select Send Link. Select the users in your team or type the email addresses of the people with whom you want to share the form and click Send.

Share your form with your internal team by setting a permission level for each person. The available levels depend on the person’s role in your organization.
Admins and Builders can be assigned any of these permission levels:
Users can be assigned Respond or View.
Guests can only be assigned View (view their own responses).
To view or edit form permissions, go to your form and click the icon in the top right corner, as shown below. Select the people you want to share the form with or invite new users, and set the permission level for each person.

You can manually copy and share your Form Share Link to your team, and your clients or use it as a hyperlink elsewhere.
To do this, go to your form and click the Share icon in the top right corner, as shown below. Then copy the Form Share Link.

To add a unique identifier to your Forms to aid with integrations or automations, you can add a form field value to your Form Share Link.
For example you can add a short text form field and name it Client ID.
Then add this as a parameter into your Form Share Link: https://app.process.st/forms/XXX/respond?form.Client_ID=1234
Note: The form field name is case sensitive. For form fields with more than 1 word in its name use an underscore in between each word, shown in the example above.
When your form is sent to someone to complete, the ID auto-populates in the form field. Next when the form is completed, you can use that Client ID to map the form response into a Data Set or another tool.
You can also embed your forms in workflows, pages, or your websites.
