If you have a paid subscription plan, or if you’re moving onto a paid plan for the first time, you need a payment card on your Process Street organization.

To update or add a payment card, access your organization’s management area.

Users: Only Administrators can access billing settings.

Access the billing tab

  1. Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of your screen.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Navigate to the Billing tab.

Update your payment method

  1. Click Manage subscription & view payment history. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal in a new page.
  2. In the Stripe Customer Portal, update your payment method, add a new card, or remove an existing one.
  3. Once you’ve made your changes, return to Process Street.

Note: The Stripe Customer Portal also lets you view your payment history and manage your subscription details.

Adding a card during a plan upgrade

If you’re upgrading to a paid plan and don’t have a card on file, Process Street prompts you to enter your card details directly on the billing page. Provide your credit card number, country, and zip/postal code, then complete the upgrade.
