What is the Difference Between Free & Paid?

There are a number of differences between the free and paid plans here at Process Street.

But before we get into the differences it’s good to know what is available on all plans. No matter which plan you choose, you can invite unlimited Free Members which makes it possible to invite your whole team to work with you, totally free!

All plans also come with Pages, which allow you to document and share your company’s knowledge, SOP’s and policy documents.

Now onto the differences:

Free plan

Our Free plan has a limit of 5 active workflows & 5 active workflow runs at a time, up to 5 full members and unlimited free members.

You have unlimited access to Pages, plus you can use all the great features:

You can also build integrations with other apps Google SheetsSlack, DocuSign, Salesforce and Jira. More options for integrations are also available via third-party tools such as Zapier or Integromat.

Our Pro plan comes with everything in our free plan, as well as unlimited workflows and workflow runs, unlimited full members, plus Custom Branding.

Enterprise plans come with everything in our Pro plan, as well as SSO, API access, custom integrations, fully managed workflows and a dedicated customer success manager. There are also a number of optional extras you can add to your enterprise plan.

This plan is for teams of 20+ users. Contact us directly for more details.

Our paid plans come with dedicated support, meaning that (although we try to answer questions as soon as possible no matter your payment plan) you will receive a quicker support response time.

How to upgrade

To upgrade your plan, head to your billing page through the organization manager.

Please note that some of these features are not available on our legacy free and paid plans. To upgrade your account, please contact our Process Pros team.
