What is the Difference Between Free & Paid?

There are a number of differences between the free and paid plans here at Process Street.

Free plan

Our Free plan has a limit of 5 active workflows & 5 active workflow runs at a time and access to all the editing widgets.

On our Basic plan you get unlimited workflows and workflow runs as well as access to all the editing widgets and reporting. You can also build integrations with other apps such as Google Sheets and Slack, or via third-party tools such as Zapier or Integromat.

Our Standard plan comes with everything in our free and Basic plans, as well as Custom BrandingDynamic Due Dates, Enforced OrderConditional Logic,  Role Assignments, Task Permissions and Approvals. You can also build integrations with other apps, Google SheetsSlack, Docusign, Salesforce and Jira. More options for integrations are also available via third-party tools such as Zapier or Integromat.

Enterprise plans come with everything in our Standard plan, as well as SSO, API access, custom integrations, fully managed workflows and a dedicated customer success manager. This plans is for teams of 20+ users. Contact us directly for more details.

Our paid plans come with dedicated support, meaning that (although we try to answer questions as soon as possible no matter your payment plan) you will receive a quicker support response time.

How to upgrade

To upgrade your plan, head to your billing page through the organization manager.

Please note that some of these features are not available on our legacy free and paid plans. To upgrade your account, please contact our customer success team.
