Process Street sends email notifications to keep you informed about tasks, workflow runs, approvals, and more. You can manage these notifications directly from your account settings — toggling individual notification types on or off, or turning off all product emails at once.
To access your notification settings:

The Notifications tab organizes email preferences into categories:
Toggle each notification type on or off depending on what you want to receive.
To stop receiving all product email notifications at once:
When this toggle is on, you won’t receive any emails from Process Street except billing and security-related ones.
To start receiving notifications again, return to the same page and disable the toggle.
The in-app notification settings only control product emails. To unsubscribe from blog posts, newsletters, or other marketing communications, contact us directly.
