Here’s a round-up of all the latest updates we’ve released this month.
Admins and members with edit permissions can now multi-select workflow runs in Reports to archive or delete them.
If you change a form field name in your workflow, its corresponding variable updates automatically, including variables using fallback values.
This means that you no longer need to track down those variables to update them throughout your workflow, or where they’re used in integrations or run links.
You can now use variables to populate your subtasks. This allows you to add hyperlinks to subtasks where your variable is used for a URL, an email address or a file.
You can add AI tasks to perform simple math calculations in your workflow runs.
You can edit or run your workflows directly from your Library using the quick links next to your workflow names.
If your tasks have read-only information without any actionable items, you can use the Skip button to move on to the next task.
