Making Folder Navigation More Consistent

Making Folder Navigation More Consistent

August 31, 2021

Our latest update is a change to folder navigation that allows users to locate the workflows they’ve been assigned to more easily.

This means that all users will now see the same folder structure, whereas previously certain folders may not have been visible to them. This allows your team the ability to communicate better about which folder a workflow can be found in.

While users will see the name of the folder (or sub-folder) that their workflow lives in, they won’t see any other content in that folder unless it has already been assigned to them. There are no changes to permissions or access to workflows or folders that you have already set with this update.

If your team is used to seeing workflows on the Home page of their Library, they can either search through folders to find them or use the search box at the top of their screens to access workflows at lightning speed.

This update will help your team stay organized, ahead of some more features that we’ll tell you about soon…
