Introduction:

Unlike an annual survey, the purpose of a pulse survey is to provide quick feedback in specific areas. 

This survey template has been designed to run quarterly. However, you can choose to use it more or less often depending on your company’s needs.

Running pulse surveys too often could result in survey fatigue which will lower the response rate.
