What’s the Difference Between Workflows and Pages?

Updated March 7, 2024

Workflows and Pages are two unique but important products within the Process Street platform.

Workflows are dynamic, actionable processes that you can run multiple versions of, assign to your team, track progress and create reports for. An example of a workflow could be an employee hiring process that you run for each person you’re hiring.

Pages allow you to document your team’s knowledge, which is useful for information that you may not be ready (or may not need) to run as dynamic workflows. Examples of Pages could be your company’s mission statement or your marketing team’s style guide for writing customer-facing content.

You can power up your processes by linking Pages and Workflows together.
