Social Media Content Calendar Process

Use this checklist on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to get: 

  1. Get approval from a client or manager on the content you will push.
  2. Get an editor or writer to perform a spellcheck on your copy. 

This checklist will operate as follows:

  1. Input your social media content for the day, week, or month for your selected platform.
  2. Then, once entered, your client, manager, or person who approves the social media content can jump into the checklist and approve or reject the content.
  3. If the content is rejected, please leave a comment on why you are rejecting and what you would like to see changed.
  4. If the content is accepted, you are free to schedule.

    Set up your content calendar

    There are so many social media content calendar tools out there. Here are 3 you could use:

    1. Google Sheets
    2. Trello 
    3. Airtable
