Public and Embedded Workflows allowed you to share your processes with people outside your organization by making them accessible via a public link, embeddable on websites, and discoverable through search engines.
This feature has been retired. To share workflows externally, use a Workflow Share Link instead. Share Links let you give anyone access to view or import your workflow without making it publicly searchable.
