We’ve released more exciting features this month and here’s a round-up of all the updates.
When you enable the Enhanced File Security feature, only users logged into a Process Street account can access the files in your workflow runs.
This feature is available on our Enterprise plan. If you’re interested in accessing this feature, reach out to our support team.
You can now add, remove, or change the task assignees in your active workflow runs when publishing changes to your workflows.
When you publish changes to your workflow and decide to update each run manually, you can now suppress the ‘update to latest’ notifications.
This means, your users will not receive a notification to update their active runs to the latest version. This allows you to then individually update active workflow runs on a need-to-update basis.
We’ve added new actions and triggers so you can do more with your Zapier automations.
With the action, Update tasks, you can:
The trigger Task Ready will trigger actions when:
You can now also use the trigger when a workflow run is completed to create your zaps.
We have moved the Run and Edit workflow buttons to the middle of the screen. This will help you to easily distinguish between the view and edit modes of your workflow.
To organize your Library, you can now select multiple workflows, pages, and forms to archive, delete, or move in bulk.
You can also drag and drop your workflows, pages, and forms to move them between folders.
You can now quickly access and edit the form field settings via the settings cog within the form field.
The form fields that will now display the settings cog are short text, long text, email, website, number, and hidden form fields.
With our latest task permission settings, your users can either have permission to only view a task or view and complete it.
If you want to limit access to your task, you can choose to set the task permission for a user or a group as No access.
You can now use a custom domain name as the email’s sender and a specific email address when you use the send email widget.
This feature is available on our Enterprise plan. If you’re interested in accessing this feature, reach out to your account manager or our support team.
You can now locate your variables quickly using the tabs for your workflow variables, data set variables and global variables.
If you have a send email widget in your task, you can automatically send out your email when you complete this task.
You can now set an organization timezone that triggers workflow runs and due dates as per a standard timezone.
If a user has set a profile timezone, they will still receive inbox and email notifications and see their task due dates in their timezone.
Approvals now give you a more comprehensive view of the task to be approved, including the whole email from a send email widget. Also, you can now approve tasks with comments as well.
If you have any questions about using these features, please contact our customer support team.
