How Do I Make Checklists?

To run a checklist, you must first create a template or find a template that already exists, to run a checklist from.

template is the master version of your process whilst a checklist is a single instance of that same process in which you actually implement the work, and check off tasks.

All checklists inherit their base content from a template. Once you run checklists from a template, each one may function differently depending on what features you have built into it at the template level.

Users: In order to run checklists, you must be an Administrator or a Member who has been given ‘can run’ access by your Administrator.

After you have your template set up, click the “Run” button in the top right corner of your screen. Select your template and give your new checklist a name, as shown below.
