As I’ve become mom a few months ago, I started working from home two days in a week. I must admit, it was really hard at the beginning. I didn’t know how to compartmentalize my work and my personal life. But Kanban method was what really helped me. I used my work account on http://kanbantool.com but I heard you can sign up and use it for personal boards too. I divided my tasks into smaller pieces, steps. I started focusing on the each of them. I was trying to take small breaks every two hours to be more focused and take care of thing in the house. And it actually worked.
