Hooray! We’re pleased to announce a major integration for Process Street. This time, it’s Zapier. At launch, it connected Process Street with more than 400 services, including Salesforce, Mailchimp, Wufoo, and the Google Apps suite. With over 1,000 apps, announcing our Zapier integration opened far more ways to connect recurring work.

If Zapier were a physical object, it would look a bit like a universal remote connected to an unmanageable tangle of wires, with ends that slot into every kind of machine. Thankfully, it’s a clean-cut, user-friendly SaaS app with huge potential for creativity and workflow streamlining. It makes it easy for non-developers to connect web services together, saving time and improving productivity.

We’re on a mission to make Process Street the simplest, most powerful checklist tool ever made. That means creating new awesome features, and making the ones we have even more awesome!

Today we have a neat little release, which allows you to attach files and images to comments.

Activity and Comment Feed Released for Process Street marked the arrival of a shared view of work and conversations as they happened.

The new feeds made activity clickable, kept comments close to the work, and let users reply without leaving the feed.

Freemium is a pricing model that gives users an ongoing free tier. A free trial is a time-limited evaluation that provides fuller access before the user decides whether to pay.

A few days ago, we silently changed Process Street’s pricing model for all new users from freemium to a 30-day free trial. At the same time, we increased the price of all plans except the entry-level 10-user plan, then called Premium 10. Today, we announced that we were ending the free plan and switching existing free users to a 30-day trial of Premium 10.

You can now control the permissions of users in your Process Street teams.

We have released a new version of Process Street today, with a few small features and a lot of security, speed and data integrity updates.

The biggest difference you will notice is the introduction of Task Headers. These allow you to break up a process into sections using headers. To turn a task into a header, simply add a colon “:” to the end of it.

Folders and a New Look is a Process Street release. Check out how the latest update introduced folders and a redesigned interface.

We just released a new version of Process Street today with some cool changes and a huge user interface overhaul.

Today we released the second part of teams and organizations – the Organization Control Panel.

This version cleaned up the ‘cog’ dropdown menu by putting all lesser used organization management features into the new panel.

The admin role and the ability to promote and demote admins also came with this release.
