The Workflow Run Activity Feed is an audit log that records every action taken on your workflow runs. It provides a detailed history of changes, assignments, task completions, approvals, comments, and any modifications made to the workflow run itself.
The activity feed includes:
Users: Admins, Builders, Users and Guests can see workflow run activity feeds.
Audit Compliance
Review the full history of a workflow run to ensure compliance with internal processes.
Performance Tracking
Identify who completed tasks and when, helping to track productivity.
Issue Resolution
Investigate comments and changes to diagnose issues or errors within a workflow run.
To view a workflow run’s activity feed, open up your workflow run and, in the right-hand menu, click “Activity“.
Here you will see the most recent activity at the top of the page.
If there has been a lot of activity on your workflow run, you can load more by clicking “Show older activities” at the bottom of the page. There is no limit to the activity logs, so all activity since you began the workflow run will be recorded here.
